1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 8:00 AM (PST) or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

2. Important Note:

 All promotional free shipping offers are valid for the Continental U.S. only. Due to the weight and size of our products, shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada are excluded from free shipping promotions.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.

4. Taxes, Duties & Customs

United States (Sales Tax)

 In accordance with U.S. federal, state, and local regulations, sales tax may be applied to orders shipped within the United States.

Orders shipped to California may be required to pay California sales tax, as mandated by state law.

Any applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Smoother Clearance:

 Because all duties are paid upfront, your order will clear customs faster, ensuring a quicker and smoother delivery process.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Due to carrier restrictions, products containing batteries may ship separately.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping time.

6. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information and the estimated delivery date. You can track your shipment directly from the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Marine Dana is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Delays caused by weather, customs, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once the tracking status shows "Delivered", the order is considered fulfilled. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for claims of non-receipt after this status is reached.
